Ever since I can remember I have had a fascination with reptiles, it’s hard to say what it was exactly
that I liked, whether it was the fact that little was known about them or that they were different from
the normal everyday pet or simply because they came in so many different species each with its own different
requirements and habitual personalities. What ever it was I simply loved reptiles and enjoyed the highs
and lows of this fascinating hobby. So I got my first snake and then my second and then a lizard and soon
the bedroom was full and the animals had more room than me. I suppose with the enthusiasm I had and all
the room I had taken up it was inevitable that this would eventually rub of on my dad and he slowly but
surely got just as fascinated as me. When I first meet Jenni my wife she said that there was no way that
she would ever go into my reptile room, Now 8 years later she has bred her own Chameleons and spends more
time looking after the animals than me, it just goes to show you that people do judge things that they
don’t know about or understand. So after many years learning and keeping different species and making some
great friends in the industry, I suppose it was inevitable that eventually one day we would
open a shop.
